Gosh! Over 55…
That makes us sound so mature and considering they say that “Life begins at 40″ we should be in our prime so let’s get together and have a ball, discuss subjects that are of interest to all of us, and share our knowledge with each other.
Subjects we could discuss are:

- Caring for our Elderly,

- Recipes my dad used to use
- Living on the Land
- Starting up your own business
- Believing in yourself
- Having a Go
But before I get started I guess you are wondering what makes me think I am qualified to discuss these issues with you?
OK now… let’s see if I pass the test…
No, I am not a Doctor and I don’t have a University degree, but:
- I grew up on the Land.
- I am the Mother of 3 and Grandmother of 5
- I am over 55
- I have owned my own Businesses since I was 17 Years of age until forced to retire 10 Years ago.
- I have Travelled Australia and Overseas.
- I have owned Caravan, Campervans and Motor homes over the years.
- I grew up with my Great Grand Father, Grand Father and Grandmother living at home with us.
- I cared for my Mother for 7 years before she passed away
- I am today looking after my husband who has Alzheimer’s
- I have always had to live on a Budget and today on the Pension.
- Health Issues… well that’s another story! Did I say life began at 40 Ha Ha
